CFT Positions on November 2008 Ballot

The California Federation of Teachers is the statewide organization of teachers' unions to which your union, University-Council AFT (UC-AFT), belongs. At its recent convention, CFT delegates voted to ask members of CFT-affiliated unions to consider CFT's positions on the ballot propositions for the November election. Those positions are listed in the message below, which is signed by the CFT President, Marty Hittelman.
